Refund Policy

At SevenX Digital LLC, our priority is ensuring customer satisfaction with the services we provide. However, we understand that certain circumstances may necessitate a refund.

Refund Eligibility
Services Not Provided: If any contracted service has not been delivered, you may request a refund within 7 business days after the expected service delivery date.

Incomplete Services: If services are interrupted or not completed as agreed, you may request a partial refund based on the work completed up to the point of the refund request.

Billing Errors: If there is a billing error, we will correct it immediately and process the necessary refund.

Disputes: In the case of a dispute, we will seek an amicable resolution through negotiations and, if necessary, arbitration as stipulated in our contract.

Early Termination Penalty: As stipulated in the contract, in case of early termination before the first 2 months, a contractual penalty of 30% of the remaining value of the contract will be applied.

Full name and details of the contracted service.
Reason for the refund request.
Proof of payment.
We will respond to your request within 5 business days.
