Web Design & Development: Creation of institutional websites with custom and responsive design, CMS integration, database integration, and SEO optimization.
Marketing Automation: Sales and appointment automation, development of automated campaigns for special dates, and management of email and SMS communications.
Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO): Analysis of bounce rates, CTR, conversions, and optimization of funnels and content.
Local SEO: Local SEO audit and management, including Google My Business and Local Link Building, and optimized content writing.
Digital Advertising: PPC campaign management, social media advertising, and Google Local Services Ads, focusing on segmentation and ROI.
Limitation of Liability
SevenX Digital LLC is not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or exemplary damages arising from the use of our website or services. Our total liability regarding the use of our services is limited to the amount you paid in the last six months.
Termination of Services
We may terminate or suspend your access to our website or services at any time, without prior notice, if you violate any of the Terms of Service. If termination is requested before completing two months of the contract, a penalty of 30% of the remaining contract value will be applied, as stipulated in the contract.
Arbitration and Dispute Resolution
Any dispute related to these Terms will be resolved through binding arbitration in Miami, Florida, in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association (AAA).
